✨ Babies are very welcome to come along and watch if needed. (I’m a great baby cuddler and teacher at the same time!)
All physio-led pilates sessions at Latimer Studio are 45 mins long.
All sessions are led by a Chartered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.
Block bookings must be used by the same group.
Small groups allow for individualised guidance while keeping sessions cost-effective.
1:1 sessions are booked and managed through the Cliniko booking system, ensuring full clinical note-keeping and allowing each session to be tailored precisely to your individual needs.
