Latimer Studio is a beautiful rural, physio-led space in West Kington (SN14 7JQ). A calming and bespoke space that will really nurture your wellbeing! The studio is fully equipped with a reformer, 4 towers, 4 chairs, weights, bands and arc barrels.
Whether you’re returning to movement after a break, rebuilding strength, or looking for specialist guidance for your pelvic floor health, the 1:1 sessions and small classes with Claire, at Latimer Studio are designed to support you every step of your postnatal journey, .
Each session is guided by physiotherapy expertise, ensuring exercises are adapted to your body, goals, and stage of recovery or training. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, returning to sport, or seeking to refine performance, you’ll move safely, confidently, and effectively.
The Reformer is only bookable as a 1:1, but small group bespoke sessions of up to 4 people are bookable to make use of the Tower and Pilates Chair.

Each session is bespoke to your goals, matched to your pace, balancing cardio with mobility, and guides you through strength and weight-based exercises with close attention to correct technique and posture. ✨ Babies are very welcome to come along and watch.
Sessions focus on your individual goals and incorporate tailored rehabilitation — ideal for prolapse, abdominal separation, back pain, or general aches and pains. Helping you return to fitness safely and confidently.

Claire’s 1:1 physio-led Pilates sessions are booked and managed through her Cliniko booking system, ensuring full clinical note-keeping and allowing each session to be tailored precisely to your individual needs. 1:1 Physio Led Pilates sessions are 55 minutes long and charged at £65.
Savings are available with block bookings.

✨ You can use your block flexibly – weekly, fortnightly, or at a pace that works for you, but please note sessions must be taken within a year of purchase.
Mum & Baby Small Equipment Pilates Class – Fridays at 11am
Baby welcome to attend.
Small, supportive classes using the Pilates Chair & Tower for postnatal recovery, suitable for building core and pelvic floor strength. The equipment can help you try exercises that you can't achieve on the mat yet, and the resistance will build challenges to the core. The class will improve posture and stability - perfect for mums navigating feeding positions, lifting babies, and the daily grind of mum life!
As always safe and appropriate if you have prolapse and tummy gap, and will help improve the symptoms of these.

class block – (£20/per class) Paid upfront, and termly.
