ABOUT

Hi, I’m Claire, AKA Fitz! I’m a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and mum of four! (yes, four!).

I understand how difficult it can feel when your body no longer feels like your own. Many women come to me feeling embarrassed, overwhelmed or worried that their symptoms are “normal” and something they simply have to tolerate.

My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel listened to, understood and empowered.

With over 18 years of clinical experience across women’s health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and movement rehabilitation, I combine evidence-based treatment with practical, compassionate support tailored specifically to you.

Because pelvic health is not just about symptoms — it’s about helping women feel confident in their bodies again.

  • You leak when you run, sneeze or jump

  • Your body still doesn’t feel “right” after having children

  • You’ve been told prolapse is just something you have to live with

  • You feel pressure, heaviness or dragging in your pelvis

  • You’re nervous about returning to exercise

  • You’ve tried doing pelvic floor exercises but nothing changes

  • Sex feels painful or uncomfortable

  • You’re struggling with abdominal separation or core weakness

  • You want expert support during pregnancy or menopause

  • You feel frustrated, dismissed or unsure where to turn

You do not have to put up with these symptoms.

At FITZ & PHYSIO, treatment is personalised, evidence-based and designed around you, your body and your goals.
