Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Assessment
(60 mins) - £75
The key tools for diagnosis include listening to a patient’s history, observing their posture and movements, examining their muscles and joints and often an internal vaginal examination.
A bespoke recovery plan will then be formulated and may include manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, specific exercises, Pilates, internal manual therapy techniques, relaxation and breathing techniques, advice on toileting and positional modifications, fluid and dietary advice, rehabilitative pelvic floor exercise and bladder retraining
Pilates Classes New Oriel Hall, Bath (£60 for 6 sessions)
Class fee needs to be paid prior to first class, classes are non-transferable and if sessions are missed due to illness unfortunately they can’t be made up
A postural and health screen must be completed prior to entry in a ‘Mum & Bub’ Pilates class - please contact FITZ & PHYSIO for more details on how to book on.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Follow up
(30 mins) - £45
Follow up Physiotherapy session - which might include a review of intervention, follow up treatment and progression of exercise plans.
Physio-led Reformer Pilates: (60mins) - £55 per hour
1:1 session in our reformer studio upstairs in Corsham.
Mum and Bub Online (£45 for 6 weeks) - £5 refer a friend discount.
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, cheque or bank transfer and is payable at the end of the session.
Cancellation policy: if you need to change or cancel your appointment you are required to give 24 hours notice or a booking fee of 50% will be charged.
Zoom Telehealth appointment - £50 per hour
Unable to attend clinic? Telehealth is available via zoom. History will be taken as normal, and then we will complete a movement /postural screen and a bespoke recovery plan will be suggested.
