I love helping new mums feel comfortable and strong in their post partum bodies. I’m a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, which means I specialise in all clinical conditions that are connected to the pelvis.

I have 15 years of clinical expertise in treating conditions that occur during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, and during my career, I’ve worked for the NHS, Bupa and for the APPI, which is one of the world's leading Pilates institutions.

Often people come and see me because something doesn’t feel right ‘down there’. They have concerns about prolapse, bladder issues, confusion about their core and tummy gap or they are getting pelvic pain.

Or perhaps you are a new mum and you would like to be able to safely get your strength and fitness back. I can help you return to running, crossfit or being in the gym or just to enjoy an active mum life without pain, discomfort or embarrassing symptoms. I believe everyone should be able to appreciate the physical and mental benefits of exercise.

I offer a sensitive and thorough approach and will work alongside you to meet your goals, I’ll use a mix of hands-on treatment and strengthening exercises during our time working together.

MORE ABOUT ME:

I’m a mum of three, (yes three!) very heavy boys and I understand first hand the challenges that motherhood and pregnancy can bring! When I’m not juggling working and parenting, you can find me wondering the streets of Bath with a good coffee in hand, or growing flowers in my allotment.

Claire has an amazing approach that is calm and empowering. She instantly made me feel comfortable in the 1 to 1 physio session and listened to me attentively. I would highly recommend an appointment with Claire as I am sure she will allay any fears and help to educate and encourage you
